CHARLES “CHAD” R. HODGES III
Hodges Real Estate was founded by Chad’s Great Grandfather, R.T. Hodges
in 1924. He is a 4th generation realtor at Hodges Real Estate.
Chad has experience in all aspects of the Real Estate industry, including
single family homes, condominium, and multifamily residences. He has been responsible
for a number of townhouse projects from land acquisition, and development to
sales and closings. Victoria Vista, Victoria Place and Victoria Vista II in
the Fort Lauderdale area are projects which Chad was responsible from the ground
up to closure.
Chad was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale and attended St. Thomas Aquinas
High School. He later attended the University of Tennessee-Martin on a football
scholarship.
Like his family before him, Chad has the knowledge of the Greater Fort Lauderdale
community that translates to outstanding service for his clients.
