Chuck Hodges is the broker/owner of Roland Hodges and Sons, Inc.. He is third generation of Roland Hodges and Sons, Inc. and assumed the ownership from his father in 1997. He has been an active realtor for 35 years in Fort Lauderdale. Chuck is a multimillion dollar producer selling product that ranges from $50,000 condominiums to multimillion dollar luxury homes. Chuck listens to his clients and provides services to meet their individual needs. Person to person is the way Chuck and Roland Hodges and Sons Real Estate does business. Chuck has expertise in all aspects of the real estate industry including commercial, residential, industrial and development.

Among the numerous properties listed and sold over the years, Chuck has been instrumental in developing many townhouse, single family and commercial developments in Fort Lauderdale from raw ground to completion. He is a specialist in the Office/warehouse complex being involved over the past few years in over 750,000 square feet of office/warehouse space in a variety of project locations. In all development projects Chuck has the expertise in site location, land acquisitions, the process of municipality requirements, coordination with architects and builders, through completion and sale of the project.

Chuck and his wife Mary Ellen have a blended family with five children. Chuck’s son Chad is the fourth generation in Roland Hodges and Sons, Inc. Chuck and Mary Ellen are committed to the welfare of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Community through their professional and personal involvement in a variety of service organizations. They are both natives of Fort Lauderdale, matter of fact their families lived next door to each other for over 40 years.
